Xiao Long Bao or Tang Bao is a Chinese steam dumpling, originated from Jiangsu.

Delightful soup dumplings are filled with seasoned pork filling, hot flavourful soup, wrapped with a thin layer of translucent dough. Best dipped with soy sauce and vinegar in our opinion.
