We currently ship to Malaysia only. For other parts of the world, we do offer the option via sea shipping which is less costly due to the weight of the toys. Please email us to enquire - firstname.lastname@example.org
For preorder items, delivery time will take about 8 to 12 days to reach Singapore's customers after payment confirmation. For customers overseas, it will take 2-3 weeks. We will keep you posted on the delivery after payment.
if you are in a hurry for a merchandise, please whatsapp or email us to check if we have ready stock in Singapore before placing an order. If we do, we will ship out the next working day if order is received by 3pm daily. It will take 1-2 working days to reach you.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We always check the items before we ship out. If you are not happy with the purchase, please return within 7 days upon goods received unused in original packaging. All shipping and delivery fees for returns will be paid for by the customer. (Including overseas customers, it must be out of port within 7 working days and tracking sent to us)
If you need our help to arrange for a courier pick up, please contact us at email@example.com. It will be charged according to the courier rates (based on weight). We will provide you with the courier slip to print and attached to the return package.
During our sale clearance, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
All items must be returned new, unused. We reserve the right to decline returns of items if it does not meet the above conditions or to terminate our exchange policy any time. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer and courier fee to be paid for by customer.
Refund will be made in 7 working days upon receipt of returned item in good condition. We will not be held responsible if the return mail is lost during transit.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience better and easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.

COLOURS, MEASUREMENTS & LABELS
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Fifth Avenue Kids as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. Item colours may vary at times. Frockalicious will not be held responsible for any colour variation.
Our garments do not carry any labels.
Measurements might differ and vary +/- 1 to 3 cm from stated measurements as every garment is sewn by humans and sometimes, they cannot be as precise as they would like to.
